This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde in Denmark or Warsaw in Poland, and you will join our Procurement Team. In BEC, procurement is not just procurement as BEC is a part of a regulated financial sector. For you, this means that you need to be able to manage multiple stakeholders, business, and compliance requirements.
As a Procurement Partner you will facilitate the procurement process and coordinate the cooperation across BEC. Your focal point will be to assist the business with procurements, enabling and supporting the contract owner to perform their best. At BEC, we work in a hybrid remote model, coming into the office 3 days a week and working remotely for 2 days.
Primary task and responsibilities include:
In the position as procurement partner, you will work closely with contract owners, contract managers, Legal & Compliance, Security, Architecture, Operations, vendors, and other stakeholders in BEC.
- Secure best practices are observed in all procurement processes.
- Overall responsible for the whole sourcing process including negotiation, compliance, contract & vendor management etc.
- Facilitate and drive the involvement of all stakeholders in the procurement process.
- Document and maintain documentation of the procurement process.
To succeed you will have:
- Ability to structure, facilitate and support processes and stakeholders.
- Capable of coping with complexity, multiple stakeholders, and vendors
- Strong business understanding and knowledge and proportional analytical skills to structure and identify business needs.
- Good negotiation skills
- Proficient in vendor management, compliance, and contracting matters
- You preferable have an educational background at Master’s level Business or similar
- Experience 2 years or more from a similar position working with IT procurement.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
