About the role
The B2B Marketing team currently manages two of the B2B brands selling into schools – Sumdog and Strawbees. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be joining a cross-brand team of six, but will focus the majority of your time driving growth for Strawbees in our core US market.

Working as part of the broader RevOps team, which includes Sales, Support and Customer Success, you’ll be growing the awareness and recognition of the Strawbees brand within US schools and districts to help drive company growth objectives. The role is full time (37.5 hours p/week) and located in Sweden or the UK to enable regular opportunities to meet with team members.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Product and Sales and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Analyze marketing performance data, make informed adjustments, and report on key metrics to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with internal data analysts to refine audience targeting and content relevancy, driving continuous improvements in campaign effectiveness.
Digital Marketing & Execution
- Oversee digital ad campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and X, focusing on both organic and paid strategies.
- Optimize high-quality organic website traffic through SEO and social media management.
- Leverage marketing automation tools for personalized customer journeys, to generate and nurture leads.
Branding & Communication
- Act as the ‘global’ brand guardian, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all Strawbees channels.
- Stay up-to-date with what is happening in the US STEAM/STEM industry and share key market and customer insights with internal stakeholders to support business decisions.
- Build and nurture relationships with key brand ambassadors and STEAM influencers, securing podcast features and editorial opportunities.
Webshop and ecommerce
- Developing and executing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and a seamless customer experience via our Strawbees webshop.
- Ensure the shop aligns with Strawbees’ brand vision, resonates with our audience, and meets our business objectives within the US STEAM education market.
