In D&A we are focused on enabling our strategic initiatives with data & analytics, drive self-service capabilities and leverage AI to drive business growth.

You will be part of the global Data & Analytics team where 200 data professionals around the world are driving Pandora to be a data driven organization. You will lead a team of data & analytics professionals working within the global operations with this journey.
Key accountabilities include:
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for data & analytics products, aligning with Pandora´s strategy and priorities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather use cases, requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment on product objectives.
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a data product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user satisfaction; implement improvements based on findings.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product development.
What Is Needed to Succeed:
- 5+ years of experience within business intelligence/analytics and product management.
- 5+ years of business experience within global operations focusing on global supply chain and Distribution Centers in an international organization.
- Proficient with SAP and end-to-end planning systems like O9 solutions, with additional experience in Power BI and Databricks for data and analytics.
- Ability to create the vision for data analytical products with a great analytical mindset and good stakeholder management skills that allow you to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels within an organization.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify opportunities for business improvements using Data & Analytics.
