As our new Nordic Brand & Shopper Activation Manager, your main responsibility will be to drive the growth of our brands in the Nordic market. You will create the annual brand plan and develop marketing plans in collaboration with Sales and Commercial Development Managers (CDMs). Your focus will be on translating the European strategy into a meaningful and relevant strategy for the Nordic markets, ensuring excellent brand execution. In addition to this you will develop shopper-facing initiatives to attract and convert more shoppers, delivering the desired behavior change through insight-led design, targeted communication, and activation at the point of purchase. By partnering with CPW CDMs, you will source actionable shopper marketing and activation insights to support category-driving initiatives, track their success, and continually optimize them.

In this role, key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and driving the long-term brand portfolio development priority projects, contributing to the overall category ambition
  • Ensuring consumer centricity in all brand-related activities.
  • Creating attractive and rewarding brand experiences across contact points.
  • Managing packaging development, NHW dashboard, services, and CSV activities related to the brand.
  • Understanding the omnichannel environment and contributing to the development of category strategy; participating in the developent of recommendations on pricing, promotional strategy, and on the selection of SKUs for key channels and key customers.
  • Contributing to the development of strong and functionally-aligned brand and ICP plans; executing these plans; tracking and monitoring the impact on brand performance and brand health.

This role is based at our Nestlé Nordics headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and you will report to the Marketing Manager for the CPW North Cluster.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a relevant educational background in marketing, business administration, or a similar field. You bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry in an international environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are essential, along with good IT skills. In addition to this, fluency in at least one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) will be seen as a clear advantage.

As an individual, you demonstrate a strong personal drive with a positive can-do attitude. You are structured, independent, and possess excellent analytical skills. Collaboration and teamwork are crucial in this cross-functional role, as you work with colleagues across different functions. Your focus on results and pragmatic approach to prioritization will help you achieve business targets. You are proactive and thrive in an international network.
