The position
Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) is the largest unit within Product Supply in Novo Nordisk and is continuously expanding to serve more patients. As a PMI Project Director, you will oversee the post-merger integration of financial processes for multiply brownfield sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the financial post-merger integration project, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, the achievement of key milestones, and the implementation of the targeted operational model in collaboration with various stakeholders across the sites, global functions and the Integration Management Office (IMO).

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the development and operationalization of a comprehensive plan for finance post-merger integration target to NN standards including financial processes, R&R for all relevant stakeholders, and finance systems.
- Proactively identifying risks and mitigating these to meet the project’s strategic objectives.
- Identifying key change elements across processes, people, and systems for change management; creating and facilitating change management plans.
- Ensuring alignment between PMI site finance lead across sites, SMEs across organization and management team.
- Ensuring effective communication to and with all stakeholders.
- Ensuring that financial activities are taken to realise the business case of the integration.
Qualifications
Your experiences include:
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar.
- Extensive experience with managing complex projects in international settings.
- 5+ year experience in global M&A will be considered an advantage.
- Profound knowledge and understanding of key project management tools and methodologies, with PM certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2, will be considered an advantage.
- A well-organized and structured approach with the ability to navigate in a complex business environment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks within given assignments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- The ability to effectively lead transformation processes.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.

About the department
AM Finance, Investments & Procurement (FIP) is a part of AM Business Development & Support, located in Bagsværd – an international and high-performing department, consisting of ~60 people from approximately 20 countries. AM FIP team is responsible for finance, investment finance, investment governance, compliance and procurement for the whole SVP area. We are a trusted partner to the organisation, focusing on financial excellence, productivity and expanding our global production network across AM.
