The position
We’re seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team. As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for coaching, guiding, and supporting our organizations through their Agile transformation. You will be anchored in our Local LACE (Lean Agile Center of Excellence) in DD&IT Product Supply together with other Agile Coaches and Transformation Consultants. You will interact with individuals, teams to the entire organization.
With outset in our DD&IT PS Agile Transformation Roadmap, you will be the driver and responsible for developing and growing several Global Value Cases, fitting our cross PS Agile strategy and customer needs. Our customers are our different VP areas within DD&IT PS, where you will be connected to one or more VP areas as their Agile Coach. You will be responsible for coaching, active sparring partner supporting their Agile transformation.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Drive Agile transformation cross DD&IT PS by creating and executing on Global Value Cases.
- Coaching the area(s) in defining anchoring and implement their Agile initiatives including the learnings and improvements from Agile initiatives with outset in area strategy and goals.
- Coach and sparring partner to transformation drivers in one or more VP areas.
- Collaborate with other Agile Coaches and stakeholders to improve Agile practices.
- Continuously improve Agile methodologies through feedback.
- Contributing actively to sharing your work, knowledge, and best practises.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements:
- Experience being an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, with a solid background of 3+ years working in the role with transformation.Experience in coaching, sparring, and working with management teams with high impact.
- Experience from working strategical with Agile transformations (preferred in a LACE), securing the strategic focus of Agile implementations.
- Solid Change Management competences with aproven track record for implementing change.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
- Have strong insights in teams and organization dynamics.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g. CSM, CSPO, SAFe) is a plus.
- Experience in working in Azure DevOps or similar.
- Experience in working in a highly regulated industry is an advance.

Our Lean Agile Center of Excellence is part of the Business Support area in DD&IT Product Supply. We are a diverse team of 18 skilled professionals driving a range of support processes spanning Finance, Health & Safety, Strategic Projects and Executive Support.
