Welcome to Risk Management and Controls
Join our dedicated Risk Management & Controls team, based in Lyngby, where you will work with four professional colleagues committed to enhancing Novonesis’s internal control environment. Collaboration and open communication are central to our team, fostering a supportive atmosphere where your contributions will drive our shared goals forward.

In this positions, you’ll make an impact by…
A key part of your role will involve being the main driver for access management and segregation of duties (SoD) within SAP. You will take a leading responsibility in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems and processes to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access controls. This central task will allow you to be instrumental in upholding and strengthening our control frameworks, aligning them with our operational and strategic goals.

Additionally, you will support broader internal control initiatives, including refining internal policies, performing risk assessments, and driving continuous improvement efforts. You will also collaborate closely with business process owners and support audits to foster a culture of accountability and best practices within our organisation.

In addition, some of your key tasks will include:

• Enhancing internal control policies and frameworks
• Conducting risk assessments and designing control measures
• Testing the effectiveness of implemented controls
• Participating in global quality management system audits

You will work closely with internal teams and process owners to maintain and improve our control standards, sharing insights and fostering an environment of shared responsibility and collaboration.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Master’s degree in auditing, finance, or similar discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in external audit or related roles
• SAP experience is preferred
• Fluency in English

We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset. You should bring a collaborative approach, enabling you to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience in internal auditing or risk management will be valuable, along with a passion for maintaining high standards in internal controls and compliance.
