Return Goods Videbæk handles incoming defective components from sites and area warehouses globally, both main and minor components, identifies the correct material number, initial assessment of repairability on minor components, stocking and shipping to repair based on signal from Repair Strategists or production planners.
We have a good cross departmental group of 5 team leaders for production and warehouse areas, in which you will engage. In this collaboration you will experience a focus on leadership
development, knowledge sharing, and personal and professional development to ensure a coherency between departments and the overall function's goals.
On a day-to-day basis you will oversee 16 employees on two shifts (Night and day).
Responsibilities
- As Team Leader for Return Goods in Global Repair you can expect, but not limited, to be following responsibilities:
- Make sure the operational goals are met every week
- Coordinate daily challenges with your team and stakeholders
- Secure engaged and qualified employees through coaching, training and employee development interviews
- implementation of continuous inventory and process improvements using the Lean principles
- Daily management of the department's 15 employees
- interaction with peer team leaders
- Take care of the daily operation and management of the warehouse in the warehouse
Qualifications
- When looking at professional qualifications we hope you can identify yourself with the following:
- Minimum 2 years' experience from a relevant management position
- Education within warehousing and logistics
- Experience with warehouse management and work
- Experience with LEAN and continuous improvement
- Danish language is a requirement
Competencies
- You are comfortable with IT at the regular user level, including the MS office suite and maybe SAP
- You have good collaboration and communication skills and see things in a larger perspective
- You are driven by people and the ability to motivate and develop employees
- You are an inclusive leader who engage and listen to your team

Additional information
Your primary work location will be Videbæk, Denmark. You should expect some travel activity, approximately 25 days per year.
