Your core areas
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced technician to join our team. As a technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment and systems for our customers. Your main goal will be to provide excellent service to our customers, so ensure that their equipment are functioning efficiently and safely.
Also, you will work with skilled and competent colleagues globally. Besides this, your areas of responsibility will be:
- PLC experience mainly Siemens STEP 7 and TIA
- Software update on the customer's equipment.
- Troubleshot experience remotely or local electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic errors.
- Install, test, and troubleshoot electrical wiring, fixtures, and control devices as well as mechanical devices.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization, both project managers, team leads and customers on site.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in electrical technology.
- Good IT skills in general.
Your profile
We imagine that you are a dedicated Technician with a background as Industrial electrician, Automation technician or Engineer, maybe newly graduated. You have a basic knowledge in PLC programming and are eager to learn more.
Further, we imagine that you have/are:
- You are thorough
- Are curious and service minded.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Have strong communications skills.
- Structured and work systematically
You have a creative mind and are brilliant at understanding the customers problems and you understand have to convert your findings into sustainable solutions. As some of your colleagues are located in other countries, you will get experience with colleagues of different nationalities and cultures.
