Investment & Maintenance Specialist to Nordic Sugar

A central role close to the business
As our new colleague, you will be the contact partner for technical project management and all relevant Investment & Maintenance projects and processes in the northern region of Nordzucker sugar factories You will join our Investment & Maintenance team within the Operations organization with colleagues across countries. The position can be located either in our factories in Nakskov or Nykøbing F.

Specifically, you will:
• Developing and supporting Go Green and I&M projects from planning to commissioning together with the plants or departments
• Managing projects incl. monitoring budgets
• Researching the best solutions in technical, financial, and qualitative terms • Reviewing profitable projects and their calculations together with Controlling
• Developing internal standards and guidelines for investment and maintenance processes
• Interaction and cooperation with other departments, consultants, and external companies
• Managing, analyzing, and evaluating data in SAP PM, Business Warehouse, and our planning tool Agimendo
• Supporting the plants with regard to (technical) standards, best practice and knowledge transfer
• Support with special projects, programs, or training

Experienced specialist full of ambitions
As an ideal candidate, you:

• Has successfully completed a degree in process engineering, , mechanical / electrical engineering, or equivalent education with a focus on process or technical engineering.
Has knowledge and experience in technical project management and continuous improvement processes (LEAN, TPM)
• Ideally has education in maintenance management.
• Has technical and management experience in an industrial environment, preferably in chemical or food industry •
• Willingness to travel, whereby travel can be planned independently and flexible.
• Is characterized by analytical skills and can solve tasks in an innovative and goal-oriented manner.
• Is committed and has an independent, structured, and reliable way of working.
• Has strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Is a team player and can motivate themselves and others

You both speak and write English fluently and should preferable be an MS Office power user and knowledge to SAP is desirable.
