Nordic Service Promotion Manager
Join our Nordic Customer Service organization and be a part of our transformative journey in the Energy Automation market. Support our service and sales teams across the Nordic region by focusing on bundling, deploying, and marketing our service portfolio within our addressable electrification markets. Collaborate with specialist departments to implement innovative concepts for migration, patch management, and retrofit solutions, highlighting the added value of our offerings. Identify and seize business opportunities with existing customers while attracting new ones in the energy supply, industrial, and infrastructure sectors, significantly contributing to the expansion of customer relationships and continuous business growth. Be a key player in shaping the future of energy automation with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Advisory and Support: Advise and support the service and sales organizations in deploying our service portfolio within the energy and automation sector, low voltage to medium voltage switchgear, focusing on protection technology, station control technology, network control technology, and cybersecurity.
Concept Development: Collaborate with domain experts to deploy, develop and sell concepts for migration, patch management, retrofit solutions, and modifications.
Event Planning: Assist in planning and conducting customer events and presentations in coordination with the Nordic Service and Sales organizations.
Market Analysis: Create and update customer/industry and competitor profiles, analyze service trends in the regional market, and derive market exploitation strategies, implementing them with Service and Sales.
Business Development: Identify business opportunities with existing customers and acquire new customers in the energy supply, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
Team Collaboration: Share insights and experiences within the Nordic organization team, developing service sales concepts and processes, contributing to business development improvement.
Customer Coordination: Handle tasks ranging from offer calculation to contract negotiation.
Preferred qualifications:
Educational Background: Degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or completed training as a certified electrical technician with several years of professional experience.
Professional experience: Solid experience in direct customer contact, with the proven ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, understanding customer needs and aligning them with our service offerings.
Technical Knowledge: Advanced knowledge in systems of protection, remote control, and station control technology.
Industry Expertise: Industry-specific knowledge in energy distribution, low voltage switchgear, and medium voltage switchgear.
Innovation Enthusiast: Enjoy implementing innovative solutions in digital control technology or digital network protection.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and deploy effective solutions.
Sales Acumen: Ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, understanding customer needs and aligning them with our service offerings.
Customer Feedback Integration: Skilled in gathering and integrating customer feedback to continuously improve the service portfolio.
The position requires willingness to travel and a high level of flexibility. We expect you to be fluent in Norwegian or Swedish, and have excellent English skills
