Join the Customer Diagnostic Center
Join our team of over 50 dedicated professionals specializing in Hotline support, Cyber Security, and Data Analytics. We play a crucial role in the aftersales market for airport and logistics solutions at BEUMER Group. As a part of a robust and growing company, we need your help to manage and streamline our administrative tasks. Your efforts will ensure that sales proposals and customer requests are handled smoothly, timely, and efficiently.
Your job will consist of some of the following:
- Create an overview of contract renewals and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain structure in our proposal flow and assist in drafting requirement specifications in response to customer requests.
- Identify relevant content in tender materials, involve specialists from the Customer Diagnostic Center, and coordinate their responses.
- Provide background information and data to sales personnel for use in contract negotiations.
By using your organizational skills and your experience, you coordinate and send out proposals, follow up on them and ensure transparency and efficiency, to create an organized proposal flow. You will continuously improve our proposal templates and other materials and you will also be in charge of handling the proposals mailbox.
Structured and strong communicator
You bring a solid experience with administrating, handling and structuring an order flow and perhaps a tender to sales offer flow. You have a highly structured approach and keep a constant overview of current activities.
Moreover you:
- Possess strong communication skills and a desire to collaborate with colleagues from around the world
- Good judgement and a good sense of analysis.
- An interest and curiosity in acquiring an understanding of complex areas over time.
- Mastering of the Danish and English language both written and spoken.
