Are you a skilled leader with a strong business focus and a passion for integrated and impactful communication?
As our new Head of Corporate Communication and PR, you will lead a dedicated team of communication professionals focused on fostering internal engagement and building a strong external presence that reflects DSV’s vision of sustainable growth.

You will make an impact by:

• Developing and executing communication strategies aligned with our corporate strategy, commercial agenda, and key transformation efforts like the integration of Schenker (the acquisition is subject to regulatory approval and expected to close in Q2 2025).
• Designing and implementing communication initiatives that bring clarity and engagement within our global teams, maintain robust relationships with external stakeholders, and reinforce DSV’s global media presence and reputation.
• Leading and mentoring the Corporate Communication and PR team to foster high-quality output, smooth collaboration, and continuous professional development.
• Advising senior leaders and partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure communication efforts support the business agenda and are aligned and resonate across functions.
• Collaborating with local MDs and MarCom colleagues to ensure consistency and impact across global/local communication initiatives, promoting a global MarCom culture of collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and best practices across all markets.
• Utilising data-driven insights to assess impact and continuously optimise communication efforts for maximum effectiveness and alignment with DSV’s strategic goals.

A trusted leader and advisor with a passion for making an impact
We are looking for a trusted leader and advisor with a proven track record in driving corporate communication and PR initiatives within a fast-paced, global environment. You will bring strong leadership skills, inspiring and developing your team while also being hands-on in tackling tasks and challenges. Your ability to collaborate effectively across functions will be crucial to making the right impact.

We expect you to have:

• A relevant master’s degree in corporate communications or journalism
• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, ideally in a listed company with an international presence, including substantial experience advising senior stakeholders
• A track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies and initiatives that drive engagement and enhance media presence and corporate reputation
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing communication team and a superior business acumen
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative skills, evidenced by a history of fostering robust relationships and driving alignment across diverse teams, geographies, and organizational levels
• The ability to combine strategic communication with fast-paced tactical execution
• Excellent writing and message-crafting skills in English, proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and experience in leveraging data to inform communication strategies.
