Then you might be our new Process Supporter for API Manufacturing in Gentofte.
The position
In the role as Process Supporter within our department, you will be an integral part of our team, providing support for the on-going API Production in the facility. As our new Process Supporter, you will take on responsibility for the process and play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory demands, quality standards, and GMP.
This is a dynamic working environment, where challenges and assignments change regularly, with a consistent focus on providing the best support for the production unit. As part of the process responsibility, you will be handling deviations, change requests and you can also expect to be part of small or medium-sized validation, and verification projects across our area. Additionally, you will be actively engaged on the shop floor, driving systematic problem-solving and optimizations in collaboration with our skilled workers and operators in the production team, which is key to our success.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you have:
- A degree in a relevant engineering field such as Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology or similar.
- Over 2+ years of experience in a GMP production environment.
- Knowledge of GMP and experience with documentation according to specific guidelines and frameworks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English.
On a personal level, you are result-oriented, adept at planning, and take pride in driving tasks forward and meeting deadlines. Additionally, you are a team player who excels at motivating your colleagues and are eager to mentor and guide less experienced team members. You are also driven by a desire to continuously improve and rethink our production processes and workflows. It is expected that you continuously work towards simplifying and optimizing the production processes and equipment to ensure our product is delivered at the highest possible yield, in a timely manner, and with high quality.
About the department
The API production is in Gentofte and consists of a department of approx. 35 employees organised in two teams.
