What is this about?
As our new Implementation Lead, you will be the face of the BMS Product Team towards our end-users in Line of Business (LoB). You will be working closely with the Product Owner, the Delivery Team, as well as the PMO and the system vendor.
Your main responsibilities are to:
- Coordinate onboarding with Line of Business (LoB) teams and vendors to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
- Understand business processes and deliver global BMS solutions, ensuring successful onboarding for each team.
- Manage risks related to BMS implementations and proactively assess changes for suc-cessful execution.
- Engage and collaborate closely with LoB, PMO, and vendors, reaching out to key stake-holders as needed.
- Develop and standardize an implementation model to streamline solution rollouts.
- Participate in agile events, promote task transparency, raise and resolve impediments, and share best practices with other Implementation Leads.
Qualifications
We imagine that the right candidate will have the following skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or another relevant field
- Several years of experience in IT or Automation projects, including project management
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with strong stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe frameworks is an advantage
- Fluent in spoken and written English

You’re a strong communicator, structured, and able to guide LoB at all levels to ensure successful implementations. You thrive on working independently as well as collaborative-ly within a team and can quickly adapt to changing circumstances. The Monitoring and Control Solutions (M&CS) area sets the strategic direction for global solutions (incl. BMS) by use of some of the newest technologies available. We belong to Digital, Data and IT (DD&IT). Our team operates primarily out of Ballerup, Denmark and works in close online collab-oration with key stakeholders from LoB across the globe. This means you will get to work closely with the users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes forward. Your colleagues will consist of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts and System Man-agers. You will be part of a high performing team characterized by team spirit, quality mindset, and a ‘can-do’ attitude. Amidst this, you will have fun while driving meaningful change.
