Smørum
Welcome to our Graduate Programme. We offer you a career in a leading Danish C25 company, that creates life-changing products for people around the world. We will guide you through a two-year journey here at our headquarters, just outside Copenhagen.
You will start on 1 September 2025, where you will join three different teams, working with different projects. This will provide you with a good business understanding and broad network of people across all functions. From day one, you'll take on significant responsibilities to develop your professional and personal skills, with the goal of transitioning into a permanent role at the end of the programme.
With operations in over 30 countries, many of our graduates get the opportunity to work abroad for six months, subject to business needs. You’ll also enjoy a fantastic graduate network and can look forward to exciting team days, training sessions, and visits to our diverse business units.
Demant is committed to inclusivity, offering a friendly work environment, flexible work-from-home options, and English as our company language. Benefits include private health insurance, free access to our in-house fitness studio, and a nutritious breakfast and lunch in our canteen.
Your journey as a Global Business graduate
In the Global Business track, you’ll join the Audika Group, the Hearing Care division of Demant, and one of the world’s leading hearing care retailers, with over 3,500 clinics across 25 markets. Here, you’ll work in an inspiring and collaborative environment, engaging with diverse markets, cultures, and perspectives alongside talented, purpose-driven colleagues worldwide.
As a Global Business Graduate, you’ll have opportunities to work in our Commercial Excellence and Marketing Excellence teams. In the Commercial Excellence team, you’ll support markets and management by enhancing performance through data, analytics, and actionable insights. Meanwhile, in the Marketing Excellence team, you’ll help prioritize and coordinate locally relevant growth initiatives in close collaboration with our markets and Group Marketing to improve marketing efficiency and impact.
There may also be an opportunity for an international rotation, where you’ll work closely with business directors to provide critical insights and analyses to strengthen functional alignment and drive business results. Together, we’ll deliver life-changing hearing care and help Audika Group become the global leader in hearing care.
