Senior Manager, Business Process and Excellence, Global Operations

In our Business Process and Excellence team within the Global Operations & Partner Management department, we are steering global operations involvement in the ever-changing complexity within the development model and manufacturing footprint across functions of scale in GN.

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Business Process and Excellence who will take on the responsibility of embedding operations into product development.

The team you will be part of
Our new Business Process and Excellence Manager will ensure that cross functional processes and project pipelines are on a continuous improvement journey enabling us to scale and do more. A focus area is how we work smarter and united within our own team and with our stakeholders.

You will be focusing on optimizing workflows and reports, enhancing productivity, ensuring consistent quality standards, and building a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Develop the Business Process Excellence team to achieve functional goals
  • Promote and implement digital tools across countries, fostering a continuous digital transformation mindset
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure process quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process initiatives with business goals
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all processes and procedures
  • Provide training and support to staff on process improvement methodologies
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to promote process improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and optimize project pipelines to ensure that projects are completed on time

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you

  • have a relevant degree such as a BSc or a MSc in Business or Engineering
  • have several years of business process experience
  • are a critical thinker with strong analytical skills and thorough due diligence
  • have excellent written and verbal communication kills
  • can challenge current practices and seek innovative alternatives
  • have proficiency in process management tools and software
  • are experienced in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
  • can accept 10-20 days of travelling
