Be part of delivering a crucial and critical healthcare system
As a Technical Implementation Consultant in our Service Request team, you will work with customers ranging from the smallest to the largest municipalities of Denmark and the request you will deliver on, has at least the same difference in range. Sometimes the task is a full technical implementation of a new customer, setting up all integrations and handling data conversions – other days it is supporting customers in technical questions on a Cura configuration.

As our new colleague, you will join the Cura Projects & Services team. The team consists of other Technical Implementations consultants, Solution Architects, Customer Project Managers and a group of BI Consultants. Together we deliver all the services that are necessary for our customers to obtain full value of using Cura. We are dedicated to ensure that our customers can deliver care- and social services every day to the most vulnerable people in our society.
A Care- & Social system like Cura is a complex and complicated system. In the team we strive to translate complex and complicated into simple and understandable making it easy for our customers to navigate. This is reflected in your tasks which includes but are not limited to:
- Handling service request ranging from building new environments for the customer to developing and running scripts in customer environments to support complex assignments in large scale
- Preparing customers for new releases ensuring timely technical adjustments, setting new integrations into production etc.
- Setting up new Cura customers ensuring all technical systems settings and data conversions
- Helping existing customers utilizing new functional areas of the Cura product suite.
Experienced developer with a collaborative mindset
To ensure the right match for this role, you must be able to:
- Have various tasks and assignments simultaneously,
- Have a curious and adventurous mindset – discovering how to solve something you haven’t tried before,
- Interact with many stakeholders both internally in the entire Cura organization including Product Development and Customer Operations, but also collaborating with customers and sometimes customer vendors,
- Have a holistic view on software delivery, understanding that all aspects around the software are equally important to ensure customer value,
- Speak and write both Danish and English fluently.
Our new colleague preferably brings 3+ years of experience from a similar role and hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree within software, Computer Science or similar. Ideally, you have some experience from Healthcare service delivery, and a technology toolbox that includes experience with Linux, SQL, BitBucket, IntelliJ, certificates and Teamcity.
