Description of Position
We are looking for a Senior PMO Manager / Project Controls Manager with deep expertise in Project Planning, DEVEX/CAPEX budgeting, and Risk and Interface Management within the offshore wind or related industries. This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented leader eager to take on strategic responsibilities within a supportive, collaborative environment.
As a Senior PMO Manager, you’ll be entrusted with overseeing and managing PMO functions for key offshore wind projects in South Korea. This is a senior position reporting to the Project CEO and Head of PMO Korea, with strategic impact across various project packages and an international PMO group.

You will support initiatives including:
- Establish and maintain detailed project plans in Primavera, ensuring milestone alignment across contractors and project packages.
- Track and report progress, performance, and forecasts to the management team and shareholders.
- Facilitate scenario analyses and support Package Managers in making informed project decisions.
- Drive consistent risk management strategies and interface coordination to optimize project outcomes.
- Structure, compile, and maintain DEVEX and CAPEX budgets, supporting key business case analyses.
- Facilitate benchmarking, promote best practices, and manage the continuous improvement of document control systems.
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related field.
- Seven+ years of experience in PMO, project controls, or project management, ideally in the offshore wind sector or related industries.
- PMI-PMP or equivalent training; familiarity with the stage-gate model is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera (P6), PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel; experience with Power BI, PIMS, Aconnex, or similar document management systems is a plus.
- Structured approach with strong analytical abilities, effective at prioritizing and executing tasks under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, with a knack for building relationships and presenting to diverse audiences.
- Thrive in fast-paced settings and manage multiple responsibilities without losing focus.
