Senior IT Software Engineer (Cloud Specialist)

As a Senior IT Software Engineer (Cloud Specialist), you will be pivotal in developing and enhancing our internal tools that impact millions of customers. You will be part of a self-organizing Scrum team, adopting an agile mindset to drive improvements and innovation.
You will:
- Develop and maintain solutions on a platform built using best of breed products in the market.
- Engage with .NET Core, Java 17/ Spring Boot, SQL Server and RabbitMQ.
- Utilize tools such as Docker, OpenShift, and Azure DevOps.
- Analyze and enhance the platform’s performance and reliability.
- Participate in our ongoing AWS migration and manage infrastructure using Terraform.
- Implement and maintain microservices architectures.
- Help us sunsetting our legacy solutions for customer communication.
About You:
We imagine you are detail oriented and enthusiastic about improving customer experience. You are team-oriented with an agile mindset and good collaborative skills. You bring at least 5 years of experience developing microservices in Java or .NET C#.
Furthermore you;
- Have a significant background in complex, high-volume application development using SOLID principles.
- Are proficient with AWS services and experienced in using Terraform for infrastructure as Code.
- Are used to working with CI/CD, SQL Server, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Azure DevOps and observability tools.
- Are proficient in object-oriented design, software engineering principles and container-based deployment.
- Have upper-Intermediate English skills are essential.
- Have experience in BPMN and CMMN modelling is beneficial (preferably in Flowable).
