As our new Commercial Analyst, you will join or Product Management team in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark. You will work with data across the entire product portfolio, creating executive summaries for weekly/monthly product performance reviews and supporting the Product Managers with ad-hoc analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Take action and follow up on product performance in all categories to identify gaps between the budget and forecast.
- Prepare bi-weekly presentations showing the gaps in a compelling visual manner that easily translate the Project Managers priorities.
- Assist in identifying actions where product performance is not meeting targets.
- Define trends for each category (sell in/sell out and WOS) and inform the Product Managers so they can take proactive action for the markets, channels and products.
- Drive best practices in the markets and share them with the regions and Product Managers in an explicable and visual manner. Lobby to have the best practices implemented in other regions.
- Continuously optimize and automatize processes for data analysis and forecasting.
- Support the Pricing Manager with pricing analysis.
- Support the wider team in processing data to ease complex decision-making.
What you bring
To excel in this role, you should possess a good analytical approach coupled a proven track record of successful data visualization implementation with impact on decision making.
Moreover, you bring:
- A master or bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Commercial Analyst, Business Analyst or similar.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is a must.
- Experience with working in a premium or luxury company is advantageous.
- Adept in stakeholder management and capable of running projects with multiple stakeholders across time zones.
- Great analytical and problem-solving abilities with an attraction to knowledge sharing.
- Fluency in English, verbal and written.
