Do you want to be part of an ambitious team, who is responsible for accelerating the digital transformation of master data in Arla?

If you are motivated by shaping and driving many different initiatives related to digital transformation with many different stakeholders, you could be our new Business Transformation Lead.

How you will make an impact
We are a central business team responsible for accelerating the digital transformation of product master data in Arla through many different initiatives spanning from redesigning business processes, implementing data governance and changing IT solutions.

In this role, you will own and drive important transformation initiatives and in collaboration with relevant stakeholders ensure that the initiatives are shaped and driven to success. You will gain a broad network and work closely together with colleagues across the global Arla organization. Further you will:

• Create alignment and coordinate across projects and secure momentum
• Lead the work to design and implementation
• Facilitate the change

What will make you successful
You have at least 3-5 years of experience with driving initiatives/change in a business context. We are looking for a profile, who can combine strategic and analytic thinking with strong execution. You thrive in a visible role, interfacing with many stakeholders at different levels in the organization. You are fast in understanding ways of working and are eager to learn the connection between processes and systems across our value chain.

The following competences are key to succeed in the role:

• High engagement and drive to challenge status quo and come up with ambitious solutions
• Solid experience with driving projects/programs/transformations at scale
• Strong collaboration skills and able to build commitment
• Problem solving including the ability to quickly understand a new problem space
• Experience with agile ways of working and change management
• Skilled communicator – written and verbally
