Then here is the opportunity to take on a new position within our Global Product Management Accessories product category team.

This role will ideally be based in Hørsholm and some international travelling can be expected.

Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading our continuous efforts within one or more of our product categories, by driving our program plan and milestones according to the annual wheel, in close collaboration with our broader organization, while having the overall responsibility for the program oversight and management.

To succeed, you will engage/lead cross-functional teams with participants from GPM, Sales and Marketing and act as main point of contact.

Your main tasks will include:

• Product category oversight and planning
• (Senior) Stakeholder communication and involvement
• Planning and execution of continuous SteerCo presentations
• Provide regular senior management updates on program performance, progress, key milestones and challenges
• Drive portfolio oversight and reporting of new strategic opportunities across the product category
• Consolidate all regional learnings across markets and act on their implications for the overall category strategy and regional activation plans.

Who we are looking for
A naturally curious and proactive person who has a solid background in project or portfolio management.

It is important that you can navigate within a matrix organisation with many stakeholders and that you can drive results in this type of environment.

You have a strong analytical profile and a commercial and strategic mindset.

Furthermore you:

• Have a structured and analytical approach to problem solving, and you take pride in being thorough and detail-oriented in your work
• Can utilize your commercial toolbox to engage with the variety of organizational stakeholders across our global functions
• Are a self-driven person with a strong drive, getting your energy from working in an ambitious and knowledge intensive team – where results are reached through collaboration with others and dedication
• Speak and write English effortlessly.
