On behalf of the Nordic private equity firm Axcel Management A/S, Moment Search & Selection is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance Manager to join the Finance and Accounting team at the office on Sankt Annæ Plads in Copenhagen.

In your first year, your main focus will be to cover for a colleague on maternity leave, with responsibilities that include:

• Collecting, processing, and representing financial data from portfolio companies
• Communicating and reporting data transparently and understandably for both internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing fund reports to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Drafting annual reports and tax returns for funds, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations
• Supporting compliance efforts and ensuring accurate reporting financial activities

Over time, the role will expand to include greater responsibilities as the CFO and Risk Manager gradually steps back from operational tasks.

As the Finance Manager, we are looking for someone who is not only highly skilled but also eager to grow in the fields of accounting, taxation and financial legislation. You may have gained your expertise through your experience at an accounting firm, where you developed valuable insights into essential processes and transactions, supported by a relevant educational background, such as a master’s degree in accounting. In addition to your professional skills, you are accessible, flexible, and proactive, demonstrating a strong commitment to your responsibilities. You possess a focused and forward-thinking mindset, fueled by curiosity to challenge the status quo. As a social individual you are eager to contribute to the community and foster a collaborative work environment.
