Behind the title
As the IT organisational Change Manager for the DD&IT M&A Corporate Assets team, your main responsibility is to develop and execute the organisational change management work package in the integration projects. For many employees in our acquired companies, IT is the first tangible change they meet. And if not managed well, the encounter with Enterprise IT systems can be a great cause of distress. Your role includes collaborating with key stakeholders to drive quick adoption, increased usage, and improved proficiency in changes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for the IT Integration team.
- Assess the impact of IT changes on the acquired company and its employees and form in-itiatives ensuring a successful transition during Day 1 and throughout the integration phase.
- Lead change management through track leads/project managers in the IT workstream, as well as lead change management through IT onsite support assigned to the acquired company for the Onboarding and Hypercare.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruption to opera-tions.
- Create and deliver training programs and support materials, as well as facilitate change management workshops and training sessions.
- Develop and implement communication plans to ensure stakeholders are well-informed, recognizing the crucial role of empowering and facilitating change through the acquired company's IT and leadership within corporate assets initiatives.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert on Change Management within the IT Corporate Assets M&A team and contribute to the overall Change Management strategy for the DD&IT M&A team.
What we scout for
To be successful in this role you should have:
- A Master’s degree in business administration, IT, Organizational Development, or another relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in change management or a related role, preferably in large complex organizations
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and ADKAR model
- Experience in IT environment, end-user adoption, and exposure to M&A
- Deep knowledge of traditional Project Management methodology
- Experience in creating and delivering training programs and support materials
- Certification in change management is a plus (e.g., Prosci)

The position is anchored in the Strategy & Transformation department, specifically in the DD&IT M&A, sub-team Corporate Assets Team. Our team of 20 highly skilled and dedicated employees is responsible for ensuring successful Due Diligence and Integration projects within Digital, Data & IT. Additionally, you should expect a partnership with our Brownfields Change Management Lead.
