The Position
As an Associate Manager, you will lead a team that supports production and ensures that we can release products to our patients. You will be part of the management team, reporting to the Director of the department, and you will work collaboratively with your co-workers to solve problems, set direction, and achieve success.
Key responsibilities:
- Empower and engage your team to ensure timely project progress, product quality, and on-schedule releases.
- Maintain close involvement with team members, promoting a shop-floor culture where coaching and feedback guide development and direction.
- Create an inclusive and diverse work environment that values different perspectives, fostering high engagement and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Champion a cLEAN culture, where problem-solving and continuous improvement are fundamental to the team’s success.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical production, with a strong leadership track record
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Clear and effective communication abilities
- Systematic, cLEAN approach to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
- Strong focus on setting direction, fostering accountability, and supporting employee development
As a leader, you are naturally social and positive, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and supporting the growth of your team.
About the Department
We are a part of FPM DK-2 with approximately 100 people employed, working together to ensure that our finished products are packed to the highest standards before being distributed to people living with serious chronic diseases. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in a timely and cost-effective way as we constantly optimize our processes and invest in the latest technology.
