The position
In this project management position, you will be taking over the electronic logging project; a central activity in the paperless ambition.
The project team is highly international with participants throughout the world and consists of colleagues across Quality and IT, as well as external stakeholders consisting of both consultants and vendor employees.
The current user base is roughly 6.000, and key activities on the road ahead are: to initiate large scale roll-out in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, a cloud migration process, and drive technology screening/RFI process to identify possible products that can support the paperless strategy.
Your daily tasks and responsibilities will be to:
- Project design, development and execution
- Project planning, coordination and progress adherence
- Identifying right competences to execute the project
- Management of project risks and issues
- Project budgeting and reporting
Moreover, you will ensure a positive atmosphere in the team through effective stakeholder management and communication.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management and a proven track record of leading complex projects across multiple regions.
To succeed in this role, you:
- Hold an academic degree
- Have several years’ experience in project manager for digitalization projects
- Have experience managing global projects and working with international teams.
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
It will be seen as an advantage if you have worked within GxP regulated industries, and if you have knowledge and experience with the vendor Tulip.
On a personal level, you have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, paired with a solution oriented mindset and the ability to prioritize your tasks.
About the department
In Digital Quality and New Technologies, we are responsible for driving digital transformation in the quality space across the global organisation.
We consist of team members in Bagsværd, Denmark and Bangalore, India, responsible for creating digital products making quality processes simpler and more effective and improving the way we do quality in Novo Nordisk.
To achieve the best value for the organisation, we are curious about technologies and are having a wide scope spanning from no-code/low code to full-stack.
This role is based in Bagsværd.
