The position
As Finance Partner you will together with a colleague be responsible for the financial management of our area within Product Supply API. You will be a part of a new established team within our Business Support department.
The role entails a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- Financial planning, resource allocation and budgeting
- Financial reporting to management
- Financial controlling
- Providing input to and challenging business cases
- Creating transparency and financial insights for decision making
- Collaboration and sparring with stakeholders
Furthermore, you will be involved in various projects as well as preparing ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders.
This role offers great opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the value chain within production, get insights into strategic priorities, interact with stakeholders across the organization and to strengthen your finance toolbox.
Qualifications
To succeed in the role, you have:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Finance partnering or other relevant finance positions
- Strong analytical skills, always keeping the overall purpose in mind
- Ability to communicate clearly and precisely with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
- Basic SAP and Tableau knowledge is an advantage
- Self-driven and ability to work independently
- Strong collaboration skills
- Experience with MS Excel and Power Point
- Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing. Furthermore, it is an advantage to be fluent in Danish.

You demonstrate a continuous high level of responsibility regardless of the size and complexity of the task. As a person you are ambitious, persistent and proactive and have a high focus on quality and structure. Being a positive and open-minded team player, you know that the greatest results are achieved in cooperation with other people.
With a professional and open approach, you build strong relations with stakeholders at all levels and across functions. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex matters.
About the department
Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Manufacturing 4 is part of API. At our sites in Gentofte, Hillerød, and Kalundborg, we are more than 600 colleagues working together to manufacture the API used in life-saving medicine for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced chemical and biotechnological processes such as cultivation, recovery, purification, and freeze-drying. We bring value to our patients by providing the cleanest possible high-quality API made in accordance with Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) while constantly optimizing our processes.
You will be part of API, M4 Business Support, where the job is located.
