Drive clarity and enable our Marketing teams: Join us as Manager, Growth & Enablement in our dynamic Markets & Channels (M&C) central marketing team!
You'll be a key member of the central Markets and Channels marketing team, driving clarity and transparency in processes, ways of working, and tooling. You will play a crucial role in managing change within the M&C Marketing team, ensuring that the Marketing Leadership Team efficiently addresses key topics and adapts to new processes and initiatives. Additionally, you'll coordinate quarterly global forums and actively engage the broader M&C Marketing community, aligning improvement initiatives with strategic goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Please note: This role is located at our LEGO® Campus in Billund. Relocation assistance is not provided for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Marketing Transformation Enablement
- Manage M&C marketing change communications (SharePoint, Yammer, etc.), keeping everyone informed.
- Oversee and update the M&C Marketing SharePoint site with relevant materials and resources.
- Coordinate with initiative leads and global communications for regular updates.
- Implement community engagement activities.
Global Forum Organization
- Plan and organize quarterly global forums with M&C Central Marketing LT and BU Marketing Heads, ensuring engaging agendas and smooth execution.
- Ensure forum content aligns with business priorities.
- Track and follow up on forum actions for accountability.
M&C Marketing Leadership Team (LT) Support
- Manage LT meeting agendas and include strategic topics.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring timely follow-up on actions.
Collaborative Relationship Building
- Liaise between M&C marketing and internal/external team members for alignment and communication.
- Build strong relationships across the Marketing Value Chain to support growth initiatives.
Play your part in our team succeeding
This role ensures effective management and communication of marketing transformation efforts. The Manager, Growth and Enablement will keep the Marketing Leadership Team focused and ensure critical actions are followed through. By organizing quarterly global forums, you'll align business unit directors with marketing goals and keep the M&C Marketing teams connected.
Do you have what it takes?
- Extensive experience in marketing, project management, or corporate communications roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Highly autonomous and self-driven.
- Experience in facilitating leadership team meetings or executive forums is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), with excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency in another European language is a plus but not required.
While not required, it would be great if you bring experience from a global or matrixed organization, and familiarity with Jira and Agile teams. Additionally, understanding marketing transformation processes or digital transformation efforts would be a plus.
