Account Executive (inbound sales and Customer Success)
Ticketbutler
Ticketbutler Copenhagen Full-time
Salary Competitive
I'll tell you. Growing from having our hardware product from 1 to 43 countries over two years, we’re on a really exciting journey – and we want you to be a part of it! 🔥
Ticketbutler - who dat? 🤔
At Ticketbutler, we work with tech in the event industry. We work to make life easier for event organizers, improve the guest experience, and push the event industry in a greener direction. We prioritize customer service as much as we prioritize ongoing product development. Currently, we offer a ticketing system that you probably have used to purchase tickets at some point and a name badge printer that prints name badges when they check in at the door. Maybe you've already seen the Ticketbutler name badge printer at TechBBQ, Presidents Summit, or one of the hundreds of events it has been used for.
Your role 🤘🏻
Your role is to take care of inbound leads from the first sales meeting, handling the sales process, help onboarding the customer, and take feedback calls to make sure that we constantly improve and to keep your customers happy. Meaning, your role is a mix between (inbound) sales and customer success. “So Mads, no cold calling?” you ask. Nope, my friend. We thrive on inbound sales through various of ad funnels, presence on fairs, customer referrals, and partner referrals.
Customers are from all around the world. If you'd like you also have the opportunity to assist our customers onsite during their events, helping to create amazing experiences – also outside Denmark.
The Ticketbutler team has your back, providing you with resources, expertise, and daily support to ensure everything runs smoothly.
About you 🤗
We imagine that you:
- Have sales or customer success experience.
- Love speaking with new people and understanding them.
- Are like working with tech and have flair for it.
- Enjoy having freedom with responsibility.
- Have a team player mentality and enjoy helping your colleagues and customers. It’s all about teamwork with both your colleagues and customers to make everything run smoothly and be a success.
- You're comfortable speaking English both internally and with customers.
We recruit based on the individual, where chemistry and enthusiasm is the key. Therefore, your education is not extremely important.
Ticketbutler culture 🤙🏻
The culture is relaxed with a startup vibe, there is craft beer in the fridge, and there are regular social gatherings in the office. You decide when you work from home and when you come into the office – though expect being in the office in the onboarding phase. We also have a very forgiving error culture - or rather, we almost prefer to make mistakes! We love to experiment, so you are welcome to try things out through the "trial-and-error" method, and you will never be alone in that. If you need guidance or support, we are always just a "Hey" or a Slack message away. Additionally, Slack channels are filled with emojis and gifs.
The terms 🤝
What you can expect:
- The HQ office is in Copenhagen, but you can also work alongside Head of Sales Bjarke from Western Jutland (Herning/Ringkøbing/Skjern).
- Fixed salary, no commissions (we’re all about the teamwork)
- Minimum 2-3 days of work physically in the office.
- Full-time employment.
- You can place the work hours whenever you want as long as it fits the task.
