YOUR TEAM
You will join BESTSELLER’s Sustainability department which is committed to inspiring, engaging, and leading our business and industry to bring fashion forward. We are an international team of skilled and driven colleagues, each focusing on a specific area that will support our ambitious Fashion FWD strategy. With direct reference to the Head of Sustainability, you will work closely across the sustainability management team.
THE POSITION
As Project Coordinator within BESTSELLER’s Corporate Sustainability Department, you will assume a key role in ensuring that all ends meet and become a natural go-to for support across the department as well as for external contacts. More specifically, your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Coordinating, facilitating, and following up on all elements within our annual PEOPLE cycle including our Employee Engagement Survey (OPV) process and recruitment
- Providing daily support to the Head of Sustainability in terms of calendar management, mail correspondence and facilitation of meetings
- Ensuring all aspects of internal information sharing and communication within the department across channels as well as across BESTSELLER through newsletters and other highlights
- Handling external inquiries, planning of meetings with externals and ensuring overview of external memberships and partnerships
- Supporting the preparation and coordination of strategy days and ad hoc presentations needed within the department
- Managing contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements and external reporting on projects
- Budgeting and invoice management as well as supporting travel arrangements

YOUR PROFILE
This role calls for a structured, professional, and proactive Project Coordinator, who understands the complexity of and can navigate in an international business. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that demand coordination and time management skills, and you thrive with independent responsibility. You are a natural at establishing and developing relations at all levels.
Moreover, we hope you bring:
- Some years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Superuser of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
