How to contribute to our vision
As our Senior Specialist within the area of Control of Hazardous Energies you will play a significant role in our journey towards bringing our Onshore Construction and Onshore Service activities under the same organizational and operational set-up which includes an increased focus on improving our procedures, assessments and implementation of control of hazardous energies for our field Technicians in the global Onshore organization.

The main responsibility is our Onshore Business Unit, but to secure proper knowledge sharing, you will be expected to play an active role in driving the cooperation between our Offshore and Onshore Business units.

Located in our global execution organization you work with our regional experts and Project Teams to manage and evolve the development, delivery and global roll-out of our Safe System of Work (SSoW). Furthermore, you facilitate the coordination and alignment between the operational and technical stakeholders / groups to promote global continuity of policy, competencies, and practices to deliver high safety and flexibility to our operational business.

Main tasks include:

  • Support standardization of procedures related to hazardous energies within onshore.
  • Maintain and develop strategies for controlling Hazardous energies.
  • Business optimization; identification of new potentials and trends
  • On demand conduct reviews of process, procedures, and safe systems of work for sub-contractors employed by SGRE.
  • Develop continuity and alignment on best practice globally.
  • On demand, manage detailed technical investigations into electrical related safety issues as reported via project teams and the Enablon or current company EHS reporting tool.

  • Have clear and quantifiable experience in similar senior roles with industrial environments and hold a recognized and relevant electrical education.
  • Are pragmatic and results driven. Able to prioritize safety and business results, delivering a strong, flexible and target specific SSoW considering the broad challenges represented by a globally geographic work locations and work force.
  • Can combine a strong expert knowledge towards electrical systems and SSoW designed to mitigate the inherent hazards associated with Electrical, Hydraulic and Mechanical tasks with the ability to influence and lead other parts of the organization towards a common goal through active and constructive stakeholder management.
