Welcome to Application Excellence
You will be part of our Applied R&D Dairy and Dairy alternative organization where Application Excellence is a cross functional work stream collaborating with specialist across the organization.

Our focus is to support our organization in scaling expertise by applying best practice when executing our work related to supporting customers with Innovation, Optimization or Troubleshooting when utilizing our products.
This means your work will include looking into multiple variations of support activities related understanding our products capabilities and performance.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Day to day Support of our specialist and commercial colleagues related to Application Excellence activities in handling Support cases through SalesForce (various inquiries related to technical support), improving data quality in our systems and ad hoc tasks related to projects.

To succeed you must hold:

• Appreciate collaboration with colleagues across teams
• Proactive, not waiting for others to take action
• Have an interest in knowledge through data
• Systematic and structured
• Understand microbiology and enzymology (preferred bachelor dairy engineer)
• Proficient communication skills in English
• Available Min. 8 hours per week (or more upon agreement)
