Inpay is recruiting a Senior Business Process Specialist to join our Governance team in the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) department.

This role is instrumental in optimizing, analyzing, and designing business processes to improve efficiency, cross functional collaboration and ensure compliance within the entirety of Inpay's operations.
The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of business operations, and process improvement methodologies whilst navigating regulatory landscapes. Experience and understanding of payment processes is a great plus.
This recruitment process will run from 11.11.24 - 01.02.25
You will be expected to:
- Perform quality assurance and compliance assessments of documented business processes, procedures & polices
- Analyse current business processes and recommend areas for improvement to enhance performance, scalability, and customer satisfaction
- Develop and document streamlined processes that align with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
- Advising on updates and maintenance of Inpays business process documentation and mapping
- Assist on the implementation on improvement initiatives
- Acting as a liaison person between GRC and the rest of the business
- Supporting the implementation of Inpay’s Risk Management Excellence initiatives
- Report on GRC compliance
- Sample testing of procedures
Area of responsibility:
- Continiously updated and relevant policies, processes and procedures.
- Maintenance of the documentation of Inpays Quality Management System
- Facilitate optimization of documented business processes
- Leading and supporting process improvement projects, and audits including requirement gathering, analysis, implementation, testing, and validation
- Participate and contribute to information gathering for i.e. audits.
Skills & qualifications:
- 3-5+ years experience in Business Process Management
- Business Process Management: Proven track record of working with Business Process management and design.
- Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to identifying areas of improvement and recommending solutions.
- Project Management: Experience with running projects.
- Change and stakeholder Management: Experienced in working with stakeholders and communicating process changes, ensuring smooth adoption of new or revised processes
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and explain technical processes to non-technical stakeholders.
