Core Responsibilities
The key objective of the Key Account Manager is to further develop the joint business and partnership with key Ecommerce accounts in the Nordic Business Unit (DK, SE, NO, FIN, ICE).

To deliver on this you need a strong customer focus, an insights-driven approach and a challenger selling mindset when identifying and winning new commercial opportunities creating value for both The LEGO Group and our retail partners. Collaboration across external and internal stakeholders is at the core of this role – getting the commitment for your winning commercial plans from our customers and making them come alive at retail together with your colleagues will make you succeed in the role.

In your role as Key Account Manager you will:

  • Deliver customer value based upon LEGO(R) customer value proposition and through development and implementation of customer business plans.
  • Lead and inspire external and internal key partners to deliver outstanding execution of commercial plans and challenge the status quo.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across Ecommerce sales, customer service, operations, and marketing to maximize commercial impact.
  • Deliver high quality customer planning.
  • Develop strong partnership with key retail partners.
  • Hold P&L responsibility of accounts.

The Nordic eCommerce Team is an experienced, professional, and collaborative team working across the Nordic countries focused on developing our joint online business with our retailers. The team is characterized by being open, fun and diverse with team members from various countries and backgrounds, yet with one common mission: To inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow through Nordic B2B eCommerce.

Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate holds a Masters in Economics or Business Administration or other relevant fields; shows proven professional experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably within a global, multinational company, and preferably within a related industry (consumer/CPG); and brings strong Ecommerce capabilities and experience, that will enable continued development of our joined online business.

We also expect the successful candidate to demonstrate:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, for being able to build long-lasting and trustful relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market and customer information turning them into insights. Able to identify business opportunities with both short- and long-term impact.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office package.
  • Fluent English language skills (Nordic language is considered a plus).
