Join our team and support Our LEGO Agency (OLA)! It's a world-class, in-house creative agency within our Product & Marketing Development (PMD) Division.
Core Responsibilities
Month-End, Year-End, and Budget Management: Lead and manage the month-end, year-end, and budget estimate processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Provide insights and analysis on budget forecasts and variances
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted finance partner towards the >450 people OLA Team, building strong relationships and providing financial insights that support prioritization and decision making
Financial Modelling and Reporting: Build and maintain financial models to aid in forecasting, reporting, and decision-making
Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process efficiencies and improvements, with a commitment to enhancing accuracy and streamlining reporting practices.
Autonomous Decision-Making: Operate independently, managing tasks and priorities with limited direct supervision, while calling out key issues or strategic insights to senior management as necessary.

OLA is responsible for creating engaging campaigns and content that bring the LEGO brand to life for audiences of all ages. This role offers the unique opportunity to manage a ~400m DKK budget and play a key part in shaping the strategic and operational impact of a dynamic creative organization.
Do you have, what it takes?
You'll partner closely with the OLA team and Senior Finance Manager OLA to ensure budget planning, financial management, and prioritization align with our business objectives. You’ll provide insights that guide creative content development, support our growth, and enhance brand engagement globally. You will have autonomy in managing the financial processes.
We expect you to bring +3 years of relevant experience in finance or controlling (marketing experience a bonus).
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of interpreting complex financial data and providing actionable insights.
People Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders across functions and levels.
Financial Systems Proficiency: Solid experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems; proficiency in Excel, PowerBI and experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus.
Autonomy and Proactivity: Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Growth-Oriented: Ambitious, with a strong desire to develop and progress within the finance function, with clear potential for future career opportunities.
Please note: This is a permanent position based in our new vibrant Campus in Billund, DK. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office).
Relocation support is not offered for this role.
