The team
The Responsible Investment Division is a vital part of the LC&I Asset Management arm at Danske Bank. Our team is dedicated to integrating sustainability across the entire asset management value chain, serving as a key enabler for sustainable business practices.

• Sustainability Insights & Analytics: Delivers data-driven insights to enhance sustainability integration.
• Active Ownership: Focuses on engaging with investments to promote sustainable business practices.
• Climate & Nature: Develops strategies centered on environmental consciousness.
• Frameworks & Governance: Ensures compliance and governance in line with global sustainability standards.

Who We Are Looking For:
As a potential fit you should possess a deep interest in financial markets complemented by a robust analytical background. This role will have you engaging with various stakeholders and clients, necessitating excellent communication (both in Danish and English) and interpersonal skills. Your ability to think on your feet, make swift decisions, and respond promptly to market changes will be crucial.

Ideal candidates are nearing the completion of a Master’s degree, exhibit a positive outlook, demonstrate empathy to understand diverse perspectives, and show a proactive spirit to inspire and drive personal and organizational growth from day one.
