ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to join our Global HR team at Scandinavian Tobacco Group. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives across our global organization, while leading a team of 6 RPO consultants. This role requires someone who can drive innovative recruiting solutions, build strong partnerships with business leaders, and ensure we attract and secure top talent.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Leading and managing a team of 6 RPO consultants, ensuring high performance and delivery of recruitment targets
- Developing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with our business objectives and growth plans
- Leading full-cycle recruitment processes for mid to senior-level positions across various functions and locations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs
- Designing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines
- Managing and optimizing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to enhance STG's position as an employer of choice
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key external partners, including recruitment agencies and executive search firms
- Leading recruitment projects for post-merger integrations and new market entries
- Implementing and optimizing recruitment technologies and tools to enhance efficiency
- Developing and tracking recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI of hiring initiatives
- Managing and coaching RPO team members to ensure quality, consistency and efficiency in recruitment delivery
- Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations in recruitment practices
- Contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives through targeted recruitment strategies
- Conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive offers
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Proven experience in leading and managing RPO teams or recruitment teams
- Experience in managing recruitment vendor relationships and RPO partnerships
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for diverse roles across multiple countries
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of global recruitment best practices and talent market trends
- Experience in optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Excellence in candidate assessment and selection methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
- Experience in managing and developing recruitment team members
- Relevant Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- International experience or exposure to global organizations is nice to have
