You will be part of Transformation & Value Management Office (VMO) that defines the operating model and governance, and drives agile portfolio management and value stream efficiency in collaboration with our Lean-Agile Center of Excellence in our journey of transforming GN into an agile enterprise.
Drive professionalization of agile portfolio management
As a SAFe Portfolio Manager in the Transformation & Value Management Office, you work with stakeholders across R&D and business divisions to drive better business results, contributing directly to our purpose of Bringing People Closer at GN.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage overall epic creation and approval within the portfolio
- Ensure dependencies planning and risk management across epics at its early stage
- Manage overall portfolio backlog in Azure DevOps, ensure data quality in collaboration with Epic Owners
- Provide capacity forecast and overview per portfolio (Azure DevOps dashboards, PowerBI reporting) beyond a single PI
- Provide intelligence for overall request per PI to enable business owners’ decision to an aligned one priority list for PI prioritization
- Lead common PI prioritization events within the portfolio, ensure alignment in priority across the ARTs
- Consolidate PI planning outcome and impact assessments, facilitate and highlight impact to the portfolio roadmap at portfolio strategy meeting
You are passionate about innovation and technology
You are a solid team player, eager to learn and thrive in a complex stakeholder environment. You are excited to work at the intersection of engineering, business, and strategy. To succeed in the role, we imagine that you
- Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and have strong technical background in complex product development in a R&D setup
- Have solid experience in technical project or program management
- Are analytical and have a structured and systematic approach to problem solving
- Have expert knowledge of agile portfolio operations and lean governance
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills
- Have excellent communication skills and a good command of English
- Have good hands-on skills when it comes to Azure DevOps, PowerPoint, Excel, preferably also Power BI
- Are preferably certified in SAFe, if not, you will get the opportunity to be certified
You love products and solutions that make a difference
We have two open positions – one for hearing portfolio, another for enterprise portfolios. Therefore, it would be an advantage to have good knowledge of either hearing aid solutions or enterprise headsets and video systems solutions
