As a Sales Community Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving strategic sales across our portfolio while inspiring and motivating others. This position uniquely blends leadership with hands-on sales, perfect for someone with a true passion for sales and team success.
The role in short
Primary responsibility in this role is to develop and deliver a high-performing cybersecurity sales pipeline for key accounts in Sweden, aligned with set targets and in collaboration with the Service team. This role involves taking ownership of key account management ensuring a dedicated focus on maintaining and growing strategic client relationships. Additionally, the Sales Community Lead oversees the development and approval of account plans for all key accounts in Sweden, ensuring that each plan is tailored to meet client needs and aligns with business objectives. Managing the Key Account Management (KAM) team in Sweden is essential, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance sales culture within the country. The Sales Community Lead reports directly to the Sales Director, providing regular updates on sales performance, pipeline progress, and strategic initiatives.
This role offers a hybrid work option; however, we expect the person in this position to spend most of the week in our Solna Strand office to maintain a strong presence with the sales team. Our newly renovated office in Solna Strand, Stockholm, is conveniently located near restaurants and shared with other DNV colleagues, creating a vibrant 100-person community. Together, we enjoy weekly team breakfasts, celebratory events, and regular learning sessions, fostering a collaborative and engaging workplace culture.
You have the following experience
- Over 10 years of sales experience with a genuine passion for driving sales success
- Strong behavioral flexibility to build customer relationships across Service Areas, focused on profitable growth and adapting seamlessly to diverse customer needs
- Persuasive and persistent approach to achieve sales objectives
- Proven ability to build and sustain a high-performing sales culture within the country
- Demonstrated skill in closing deals with customers
- Comprehensive understanding of the portfolio
