Technical Project Manager
Overview
As a Technical Project Manager, your role will be to plan, lead, organize and empower team members throughout the duration of projects. Be responsible and accountable for timely, on-budget, and scope for multiple projects at a time. Collaborate with customers to deliver customized, competitive, and state-of-the-art technical and software solutions.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Achieve objectives of scope clarification, time, quality, and cost.
- Ensure progress, finalization, and delivery of customer projects, internally and externally.
- Hold project teams and stakeholders accountable for their project responsibilities and deliverables
- Proactively ensure synchronization in terms of dedication, communication, schedules, issues etc.
- Lead global teams (Europe and US)
- Support and communicate actively with sales to ensure technical clarification.
- Support and communicate actively with the Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery.
- Continuously improve project management processes and development from best practices.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in electronics, electro technology or automation. Preferable certified project management training.
- Excellent presentation skills, confidently addressing executives, colleagues, and customers
- A strong personal drive
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in project management.
- Experience within the wind or solar industry will be an advantage.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
