We are looking for an engaged Tools and Equipment Order and Handling Specialist for our experienced T&E team in M&MP Heavy Lift preferably in the Esbjerg Area, DK.

As our Tools and Equipment Order and Handling Specialist you will have a central function in the processes of ordering and handling of tools, equipment and spare parts within the exciting Service business of Major Component Exchanges.
You must take ownership of your responsibilities and risks as well be self-driven and structured in your daily work and secure focus on the right business priorities in an operational and dynamic environment.
In this role you will help ensuring the Heavy Lift performance and targets deliverables.
How to contribute to our vision
You will secure Tools, Equipment and spare parts deliverables in time for the planned MCE (Major Component Exchange) operations which as a minimum include:
- Order Management towards Equipment Management (EQM), Service Sales and sub-suppliers, including order handling such as managing goods receiving, packing for transport, logistics management and shipping
- Management of certificates & calibration of tooling and equipment
- Manage interface with subcontractors like Agents, Key suppliers, freight forwarders etc.
- Pro-actively support port-call management and planning
- Contribute and support in delivering the required documentation/information for the ECC (Export Control & Customs) process in the right quality
- PO / Invoice management
- Mitigate risks for potential delays and secure an optimized ordering management keeping the main stakeholders informed about progress, status and risks
- Support integration and future management of the order process
You will have to cooperate with the Project Managers in Heavy Lift and align all Tool activities to the Project Management demand.
What you need to make a difference
Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for a motivating team player, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills. You interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment. Furthermore, you have:
- Strong communication skills
- A structured mindset
- Hands-on experience with tooling & equipment within offshore WTG installation / service will be a strong advantage.
- Experience with SAP will be a benefit; working knowledge of ERP systems is a necessity to fulfill this role.
- Experience from the wind turbine industry would be preferable.
- Ability to work flexible working hours in exceptional cases, e.g. during weekends.
It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
