Here is what the job entails
In the role as Reward Partner your job will be to design, implement, and manage our employee reward and benefit programs in order for us to take our performance and reward structure to new heights Therefore, you will be driving the rewards agenda across the organization including market informed pay-setting through the job architecture and partnering with the business on all reward and performance matters from annual processes to individual cases.

More specifically you will be:

  • Developing and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Partnering with the business to drive strong reward support globally
  • Aligning reward strategies with business goals in collaboration with People Partners and management
  • Providing expert advice on IPE/Mercer evaluation, packages, re-org support, ad hoc reporting, and performance tracking
  • Overseeing merit, bonus, compensation packages, and benefits processes
  • Engaging with leaders on new and current policies, laws and governance
  • Ensuring governance and leading preparation for EU directive on Pay Equity and Pay Transparency

With a direct reference to our Chief People and Culture Officer, you will become an integrated part of our People & Culture team, which consists of 25 dedicated colleagues. Less about us, more about you
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Reward Partner to enhance our rewards program. You achieve this with your analytical approach to tasks, which enables you to take in input from the organization while also standing your ground when needed.

In order to succeed we imagine that you have:

  • Proficiency with mercer methodology
  • At least 5 years of experience in rewards within a large international organization or consultancy
  • A proven track record in developing and implementing performance and reward solutions
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing performance and reward solutions
  • Strong experience with HRM systems and Excel
  • Change management skills

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English. Danish will be seen as an advantage
