About the role

This new system will be a key strategic enabler of our standardized process landscape across the HR organization, providing scalability and consistency for future growth.

Therefore, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Core HR Process Lead to join our team and help us optimize our HR processes and data management.

This role requires a good understanding of the organization’s strategy, ways of working, and business structure as well as an outside-in perspective. You will play a key role in designing, improving, and optimizing our HR processes with mind on our global footprint, where the employee and manager experience is one of our key focus areas.

As the Core HR Process Lead, you will:

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and functional owner of Core HR processes and HR master data.
  • Lead the standardization, improvement, and optimization of Core HR processes.
  • Ensure governance and compliance of HR master data, including updating processes and consulting relevant stakeholders.
  • Drive the adoption of standardized data and processes across the organization.
  • Oversee the continuous improvement of HR processes to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless data flow and system integration.
  • Provide training and support to HR colleagues and other stakeholders on system functionalities and best practices.

You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our HR systems, making sure that our HR data is accurate, and processes are streamlined.

About you
We want you to help define our collective future and show us the best way forward by leveraging your expertise in HRIS. We imagine you have solid experience working with HRIS in an HR function and know all HR Core process well.
You have strong stakeholder management skills, excellent problem-solving and process analysis abilities, and a proven track record in driving change within an organization.

The ideal person for this position will have the following qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and HR master data management.
  • Proven experience in implementing, standardizing, and optimizing HR processes.
  • Deep understanding of HR operations, processes, and data definitions.
  • Skilled in analyzing and enhancing HR processes.
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
