What is the job about?
As Lead Treasury Specialist working with investment management in Group Treasury you join a professional and dedicated Group Treasury and you will be reporting into the Senior Director, Group Treasury, Risk Management & Insurance.
You will be participating in managing and optimizing the investment portfolio, exercise investments and risk in accordance with high standards for investments and with ESG principles having an important role in investment decisions and investments in both bonds, shares and mutual funds. You will work with external asset managers and monitor the performance of the investment portfolio, including develop reporting and ESG reporting for the investment portfolio.

Your main responsibilities:
- Optimize return and risk of the investment portfolio together with the investment team
- Keeping up with markets, economic developments and various macro-economic factors and risks
- Participate in investment portfolio management with investment in bonds, shares and mutual fonds, including selection of asset managers
- Investment portfolio reporting and ESG reporting – developing and optimizing the reporting
- Day to day collaboration with asset managers, banks and advisors
Your background
We imagine that you have:
- There can be many ways into the position, but your experience with investments and markets is key – for a position that could be taken up by a senior, mid-level or associate
- Economics master degree level or similar level gained through qualified working experience
- Preferably experience from similar investment within either bonds or shares for minimum 3 years
- Experience with financial markets/economic experience for minimum 3 years
Other competencies
- Ability to communicate in English (speaking, reading and writing) and with good communication skills in general
- You have a huge interest in financial markets
- You are initiative-taking, curious, have an eye for detail, can familiarize yourself with complex issues and work proactively and decisively – both individually and in teams
- You thrive in an environment where tasks and decisions are time-critical and of great importance
- Skills within systems and applications such as: TMS (SAP), Bloomberg, Excel and perhaps Power BI

This position will be located in Grundfos offices in Bjerringbro, Denmark.
