We invite you to join the INVISIO UX Team, a part of our R&D department in Copenhagen. We are a newly established team responsible for both UX Research and Design that collaborates closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and R&D to ensure what INVISIO delivers to the market is relevant, usable and desirable.
Our products and systems enable users from defense and law enforcement to operate and communicate safely and clearly in all environments, even under extreme conditions and with the highest possible operational performance.
About the job
In this position, you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in developing and implementing end-user research and testing methodologies suitable for the industry and environment in which INVISIO operates.
You will get hands-on experience involving end-users throughout the entire product design and development process and supporting our increasing range of physical and digital products.
This is a versatile role that can vary in tasks and responsibilities depending on your proactiveness. Therefore, the key responsibilities are certainly not limited to only the below.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in shaping and executing user insights vision and strategy.
- Managing insights coming from customer-facing colleagues and concrete studies in a centralized user insights repository tool.
- Assist in building up, gradually scaling, and maintaining an in-house end-user panel.
- Exploring and developing relevant user research, test methods, and tools (qualitative and quantitative).
- Planning and executing actual end-user research and product testing activities.
About you
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree in Service System Design or a related field.
- Strong drive to understand end-users, their goals, needs, challenges, and desires.
- Enjoys collaborative work in a dynamic and creative environment.
- Positive, go-do attitude and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and anchor new methodologies and tools
- Experience with qualitative and user-centered design methods (e.g. individual and group interviews, Wizard-of-Oz-testing, online surveys, diary studies, direct observation, think-aloud usability testing, etc.), and quantitative research.
- Comfortable with scoping, planning, conducting, analyzing, and communicating research and insights to relevant stakeholders
- Experience building and maintaining user research, and insights repository tools is an advantage
- Experience building and maintaining in-house end-user panels is an advantage
- Fluent in Danish and English, mastering other languages is an advantage.

Working hours
Part-time, 1-2 days per week (7,5-15 hours), within company working hours which are from 9 am to 5 pm. The work takes place at our HQ office in Hvidovre and requires your physical presence.
