Proficiency in Danish and English is required. You will report to the Logistics Manager.
We offer an exciting and rewarding role in a fast-paced, evolving workplace where your contributions will be highly valued.
Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Plan production schedules for your assigned area, ensuring that Supervisors, Warehouse staff, and Operators can easily implement your plans.
- Coordinate production plans with other planners and the purchasing team to align with customer requirements.
- Maintain and update master data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Monitor production orders, tracking quantities and identifying any discrepancies or variances.
- Collaborate with the production supervisor to manage capacity and staffing levels.
- Ensure seamless integration of all relevant processes within the ERP system.
To succeed in this role, you should be able to work independently and maintain a clear overview in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and multiple stakeholders. Your ability to stay organized and manage the details will ensure a smooth and efficient workday for production employees.

However, this is not a requirement, and we are also open to recent graduates who are eager to learn quickly and are curious about the field. Collaboration and communication are key, as you will work closely with different teams across the organization. A focus on fostering good dialogue and efficient processes is essential.
In addition, we expect you to:
- Have a relevant educational background in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. Other educational backgrounds will also be considered.
- Have strong numerical skills and a high level of proficiency in Excel (e.g., extracting data, creating spreadsheets for better overview, etc.).
- Be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, as we handle around 2,500 item numbers and add approximately 10 new ones each week.
- Be fluent in both Danish and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP is beneficial, but if you're experienced with other ERP systems, we can provide training to help you get up to speed.
