Core Responsibilities
As Sr. Executive Coordinator your core tasks will include:

  • Lead and drive Corporate Calendar project
  • Monitor Executive Support inbox and handle emails and letters on behalf of ELT
  • Lead and drive Business Support Community & Academy
  • Support Head of EST with People Agenda
  • EST representative EHS, GDPR and Neighborhood Council

You will report to the Head of Executive Support Team and join a strong team of professional assistants who deliver high level service and support to the LEGO Group´s Executive Leadership Team, making sure that they can focus fully on leading the LEGO Group.

With your service-first mindset, reliability, and great attention to detail, you strive to make a real difference to those you support. With your proactive approach and ability to take ownership and think ahead, you create structure and adapt plans to reduce challenges and complexity in a highly dynamic environment. You have a desire to challenge the way things are done and an ‘only the best is good enough’ attitude. Moreover, you have:

  • A degree possibly within Linguistics, Languages, Economics or Business Administration
  • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken
  • Solid experience as an Executive Assistant for senior leaders in a bigger global organization
  • The ability to prioritize and being organized in your day-to-day work.
  • Are comfortable working with multiple, semi-defined and changing working tasks in an environment where priorities may change by the hour.
  • Are proactive and with a high degree of collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively, leaving a lasting impression on those you engage with
  • The ability to handle and maintain high-level of confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suites, especially Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, PowerPoint
