The position
In this role, you will support the SVP LEAN partner in setting the LEAN direction and will act as point of contact and facilitator for LEAN supply system assessments.
Main responsibilities will also include to:
- Be the LEAN subject matter expert on the strategy deployment process
- Act as an instructor and coach on LEAN Academy courses
- Support line of business with complex problem solving
- Develop the LEAN network via sparring and coaching activities.

Qualifications
We are seeking a colleague who can work independently and is responsible of their own work.
To succeed in this role, you:
- Hold an academic degree withing business, project management or similar
- Have several years of experience in driving LEAN processes
- Have been supporting change management processes
- Preferably have gained experience in a GMP regulated industry
- Are fluent in English
On a personal level, you possess great cooperation skills and the ability to motivate and facilitate stakeholders, other than the ability to negotiate at strategic level. You build strong relations and can work cross-functionally and internationally, with an high level of flexibility and innovative mindset.
Furthermore, you are strong in coaching, communication and facilitation, pairing it also with high drive and a need to work efficiently.

DPP & ET is anchored in Product Supply Quality and IT, which globally address 32,500 employees.
In ET we are approximately 2,600 dedicated employees based primarily in Måløv (DK) & Taastrup (DK) but also in Durham (US), Athlone (IR), Petersburg (US) - and our sites are still growing. For the future we have many ambitions, and we are working hard to get our new tablet product on the market.
