About the Position
As our new IT responsible, you will be responsible for ensuring that the IT part of our production equipment in compliance, primary for our new facilities.
Your main responsibility will be to:
- Manage and overview the full life cycle from system development, system maintenance & operation, and compliance.
- Ensure optimal processes according to relevant regulatory authorities (GxP) and take responsibility for documentation for the IT part of automated system and security management for the system.
- Ensure that the systems are compliant with relevant internal SOPs and guidelines as well as external requirements.
Furthermore, you will make sure that appropriate testing is in place, ensuring IT requirements are met. You will also represent IT part of the systems for audits and inspections.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- A bachelor’s or a master’s degree within science/engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with quality documentation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Danish.
- Ability to independently work with and prepare technical documentation.
- Knowledge within areas such as IT frameworks and system development lifecycles and operation and maintenance of automated systems will be an advantage.

About the Department
You will be a part of an IT Quality department with 10 people – 3 IT System Managers and 7 IT Responsibles. The department ensures IT Quality and Compliance for both our aseptic filling departments and our packing facility in Kalundborg and Gentofte. Your primary office location will be Kalundborg.
Our department is a part of the Data, Digitalisation & IT organisation in Product Supply. Our biopharmaceutical products are characterized by complex processes supported by employees with great professionalism and commitment.
